Plans change — we simply ask for enough notice so we can offer your time to another client.

  1. NOTICE

Please give at least 6 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, through our online booking system or by phone.

  1. LATE CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans change. A first late cancellation will not incur a fee. Subsequent late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price, charged to the card on file.

  1. NO-SHOWS

A first missed appointment without notice will not incur a fee. Subsequent no-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment price, charged to the card on file.

  1. LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to stay on time for the next client, and the full fee applies.

  1. EXCEPTIONS

We understand that genuine emergencies and sudden illness happen. If you need to cancel at short notice due to illness or an unavoidable emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
