Your name and contact details, health information and health fund details — collected from you, with your consent, to provide treatment and manage your bookings, payments and claims.
SHARING & STORAGE
We never sell your information. It's shared only with Fresha (our booking and records platform) and your health fund via HICAPS for rebates, or where the law requires. Fresha may store data on servers outside Australia.
SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
DATA BREACHES
In the event of a data breach likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Privacy Act 1988.
COOKIES & ANALYTICS
